Our accessibility standard

We aim to conform to Israeli Standard 5568 for web-content accessibility at Level AA, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, and to the applicable requirements of Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.

Accessibility features

We are working to provide an experience that includes:

  • Keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators and a “Skip to content” link.
  • Semantic headings, labels, buttons, landmarks, and text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Responsive layouts that support browser zoom and text enlargement.
  • No essential information communicated by color alone.
  • Respect for the device's reduced-motion setting.
  • A site-side display tool for larger text, high contrast, grayscale, underlined links, a readable font, and reduced motion.

The display tool is an additional convenience. It does not replace the website's built-in accessibility or the accessibility features in your browser, operating system, screen reader, or other assistive technology.

Using this website

The site is designed for current versions of major browsers and for use with keyboard and assistive technologies. You can open the accessibility tools from the small person-shaped button fixed to the left side of each page. Your display choices are stored only in your browser so they can remain active during later visits.

Known limitations and ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Interactive shopping features, the winery map, and third-party or newly added content may occasionally present a barrier. We review reported issues and update the experience as content and services change. If an accessible alternative is needed, please contact us and we will make a reasonable effort to provide the information or service in an accessible format.
