JE WineClub is the in-house wine provider for Jerusalem Estates. We curate and sell wine, spirits, and selected packs for legal-age customers, subject to product availability and confirmation of the order.

Age restriction / הגבלת גיל

Alcohol may be purchased and delivered only to persons aged 18 or over. We may request a valid photo ID before accepting an order or when delivering it. If a recipient cannot show suitable ID when requested, the alcohol will not be delivered and we will contact the purchaser to arrange the next step.

Delivery policy & timing / מדיניות משלוחים וזמני אספקה

• Jerusalem Estates residents / דיירי Jerusalem Estates: delivery under 1 hour after the order is confirmed, during operating hours and subject to stock, a complete delivery address, and successful age verification.
• The rest of Jerusalem / יתר ירושלים: delivery within 72 hours after the order is confirmed, subject to stock, operating hours, a complete delivery address, and successful age verification.
• Other locations / אזורים נוספים: coming soon. We do not currently offer online checkout for addresses outside the stated delivery areas.

Third-party delivery provider / ספק משלוחים חיצוני: Deliveries are fulfilled by an independent third-party delivery provider acting on our behalf. The provider receives only the information needed to complete the delivery.

Delivery times are estimates, not a promise of delivery at a specific minute. They do not include delays caused by Shabbat, Jewish holidays, weather, security restrictions, road closures, an inability to contact the customer, incorrect address details, or events outside our reasonable control. Alcohol will not be left unattended; delivery requires an adult recipient aged 18+.

Prices, stock & order confirmation / מחירים, מלאי ואישור הזמנה

Product availability and prices may change before an order is confirmed. The applicable product price, delivery charge (if any), and total amount are shown before payment. A submitted order is subject to stock, payment approval, and our confirmation. If a listed product is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing or description error, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

Responsibility policy / מדיניות אחריות

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately and pack orders for delivery. If an item arrives damaged, is materially different from the confirmed order, or is not supplied by the stated delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible at lchaim@jewineclub.com or 055-290-9904. Subject to applicable law and the circumstances, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, redelivery, credit, or refund. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Cancellation & return policy / מדיניות ביטולים והחזרות

Cancellation rights are governed by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and any applicable regulations. For a distance sale of goods, a customer may generally cancel within the period set by law—currently commonly within 14 days from receiving the goods or the transaction-disclosure document, whichever is later, subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

To cancel, contact us by email, telephone, or at the business address above and provide your name, order number (if available), contact details, and cancellation request. If a return is required, we will give clear return instructions. For a cancellation due to a defect, mismatch, or failure to supply on time, no cancellation fee will be charged and we will coordinate return collection where required by law. For another lawful cancellation, the permitted cancellation fee is 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower, unless the law provides otherwise. Refunds will be made within the time required by law, generally within 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice.

זכות הביטול, דמי הביטול וההחזר הכספי כפופים לחוק הגנת הצרכן ולתקנות החלות. במקרה של פגם, אי־התאמה או אי־אספקה במועד, לא ייגבו דמי ביטול, בהתאם לדין.

Privacy & card information / פרטיות ופרטי אשראי

"אנו מתחייבים לא להעביר את פרטי האשראי של הלקוח לצד ג'"

“We undertake not to transfer the customer’s credit-card details to a third party.” Card information is intended to be entered directly on the secure payment page supplied by the payment provider. JE WineClub does not retain complete card numbers, CVV codes, or other full payment-card credentials. Our full Privacy Policy / מדיניות הפרטיות explains how we handle other personal information.

For order questions, delivery issues, cancellations, or service requests, contact us at lchaim@jewineclub.com or 055-290-9904. Our normal service hours are Sunday–Thursday, 9:00–23:00, and Friday, 9:00 until three hours before Shkiyah.

Acceptance / אישור התקנון

Before being transferred to secure payment, the customer must actively tick the checkbox confirming that they have read and agreed to these terms, the delivery policy, cancellation policy, and privacy policy.
